26/08-1 Record of Members Present and Apologies
26/08-2 To receive any Declarations of Interest on any item on the agenda - in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to disclosable pecuniary interests
26/08-3 Minutes from 11 May 2026 – to approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.

a) HMRC mileage rate – to resolve to pay the new rate of £0.55 per mile backdated to 6 April 2026 as per employment contract (previously £0.45 per mile)
b) Payments - to receive and resolve to accept payments for August 2026
c) Budget Monitoring and Latest Receipts and Payments – to note
d) AGAR 2025/26 – to note that the External Auditors have accepted submission of Certificate of Exemption
e) Budget proposals for FY 2027/28 – to consider any proposals that may require costing for next year’s budget and precept requirement
