Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Tathwell and Haugham Parish Council will be held on Monday 4th August 2025, 7:30pm at St Vedast Church, Tathwell
Councillors are hereby summoned to attend.

25/08-1 Record of Members Present and Apologies
25/08-2 To receive any Declarations of Interest on any item on the agenda - in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to disclosable pecuniary interests
25/08-3 Minutes from 6 May 2025 – to approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.

h) Lincolnshire Police Engagement Sessions – to consider and appoint a parish councillor to represent the council at the sessions starting on the 23rd September 2025.

a) LWCS – to approve grant application for Thacker’s Lane bench
b) Harrison Woodlands – update report from Cllr JHC
c) Wightman Corner – to consider monitoring and maintenance of the site including fences and gates (see attached proposal from Cllr JWa)
d) Stage 2 Consultation National Grid Upgrade – to consider a Council response to submit in addition to residents’ submissions.
e) Portaloo hire for 2026 – to consider number of portable loos to hire and for how long in partnership with the Arts Festival Committee

a) Payments - to receive and resolve to accept payments for August 2025
b) Budget Monitoring and Latest Receipts and Payments – to note
c) AGAR 2024/25 – update
