Notice is hereby given that the next meeting of Tathwell and Haugham Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 5th November 2025, 7:30pm at St Vedast Church, Tathwell

25/11-1 Record of Members Present and Apologies
 
25/11-2 To receive any Declarations of Interest on any item on the agenda - in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to disclosable pecuniary interests
 
25/11-3 Minutes from 4th August 2025 – to approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting and authorise the Chair to sign the official minutes.

e) IT Policy – to consider and approve proposed draft policy to comply with Assertion 10 of the Smaller Authorities Practitioners’ Guide for FY2025/26 annual accounts
f) Emergency Plan – to consider setting up an emergency plan
g) Remembrance Sunday – to represent the Parish Council in the commemoration and lay a wreath.

a) 03448/25/FUL Planning Permission - Change of use of existing paddock to form an extension to
the domestic curtilage| Church Lane House , Tathwell Road, Haugham,
 
To resolve to move into closed session in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.
