I hereby give notice that by order of the Parish Council in pursuance of Schedule 12 Paragraph 14(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 the Annual Parish Meeting will be held remotely due to the current lockdown on Wednesday 5th May 2021 starting at 7:00pm.

2. To receive the previous minutes held 1st May 2019. No parish meeting held in 2020 due to the pandemic.
3. Annual Report of the Chairman of Tathwell and Haugham Parish Council – Cllr Mrs Elizabeth Hairsine, to report on Council activities over the last year
4. Annual Report of St Vedast Church Committee
5. Annual report from the Wightman Trust
6. Open Forum - Feedback and comments from Parishioners on village issues and services and any questions to the Parish Council

NOTE All government electors registered for the parish and in attendance are members of the Parish Meeting. All members of the public are welcome to attend and speak on any matter of local interest, however voting on any item may only be done by local electors.
Please note that this is not a Parish Council Meeting, but it is Chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council in accordance with legal requirements. Councillors attend Parish Meetings as members of the public.
